Refund Policy

Subscription Plans

Subscription refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with the Service within the first 14 days of your initial subscription purchase, contact us at [email protected] for a full refund. After 14 days, refunds are prorated based on unused time in the current billing cycle.

Cancellation stops future billing. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. No refund is issued for partial months after the 14-day window.

Credit Pack Purchases

Credit pack purchases are non-refundable once credits have been used. If no credits from a pack purchase have been consumed, we will issue a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Contact support with your order details.

Lifetime Deals (LTD)

Lifetime deal purchases through AppSumo follow AppSumo's 60-day refund policy. After the AppSumo refund window closes, LTD purchases are non-refundable. LTD purchases made directly through Picture Optimizer carry a 30-day refund window.

Processing Errors

If a processing error causes credits to be deducted without delivering results, contact support. We will investigate and restore credits for confirmed processing failures within 48 hours.

How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] with your account email, purchase date, and reason for the request. We respond to refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
